Hooch came to us when his former family no longer wanted him. This boy sure did grab at my heart strings today when I took his picture. He is very submissive and just wants to be loved. I literally sat on the ground, and he just came right over to me wanting to be friends. The sad thing is for whatever reason, someone has cut his ears 3/4 off. I understand some very not so nice people will do this to dogs to fight but this boy doesn't have a fighting bone in his body. I didn't see any scars on him from fighting so can't figure it out. He sure could use someone to open their hearts and home up to him.... a little TLC sure goes a long way.
